Founder and Principal Consultant Paige Rosemond brings more than 20 years of executive leadership and consulting experience across child welfare, human services, policy, technology modernization, and organizational transformation.
Throughout her career, Paige has advised state and local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and national partners on complex challenges involving regulatory compliance, program improvement, federal funding, system modernization, and emerging technologies. Her experience includes executive leadership roles in public sector human services, national consulting, federal review work, and large-scale technology transformation initiatives, including Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) modernization and AI-enabled solutions.
Known for her ability to bridge policy, practice, and technology, Paige helps organizations translate complex requirements into practical strategies that strengthen operations, improve service delivery, and support sustainable growth. She has led large multidisciplinary teams, secured significant funding opportunities, guided organizational change efforts, and served as a trusted advisor to executive leaders navigating transformation.
